I stumbled across Steakout while walking through town. My first though was OMG we have a new halal steak restaurant in Leicester and secondly was I have to try this place now, so I grabbed my friend and went straight in for an early dinner.
I do enjoy a piece of red meat, especially a nicely cooked steak. I’ve eaten in lots of steakhouses around the country and sampled the good the bad and the ugly of steaks. When it’s good it’s very good but when it’s not it can be like eating an old boot! Read about my steak night in.

The MeatCo is an elite steakhouse which has restaurants in the Middle East, South Africa and the UK. Nearly everyone I know has eaten here and I wanted to give it a try. I headed down to London with an empty belly ready to sample the delights of the MeatCo.
The plan was to order burgers and steaks and stick them on the BBQ. My brother in law orders most of his meat from Haloodies so suggested we give them a try. I am new to the Haloodies range so thought it would be a good opportunity to share my food experience with you all.
